Lots of stuff, and in DETAIL. =_= You don't realise how much stuff you learn until it's time for exams and you're trying to cram everything (that I've learned in 1.5 years, in my case) in a very very short period of time (read: 1 day). Food technology does sound wayyyy more interesting/hands-on than oh, say... Maths, though. =| Anyway, good luck in everything! Take care. Yeah, the British curriculum is a little crazy.
