I mean, I still love to design and I still make layouts and random graphics now and then, but I only make them for my own pleasure. I’m one of those people you’ve mentioned about retreating themselves from actively working on their websites. I've gotten more into the simplistic stuff too... funny how that happens as you go along. I'm still as obsessed with my sites and I do miss a lot of those that have left but I don't mind meeting new people. I just work more on my site than tracking them down and meeting them...? I'm glad my tutorials helped :) They were real work to write. Takes a long time to explain everything, you know? You knew the basics so didn't need all of the explainging but I wanted it to be understandable to even the biggest beginner. And you don't HAVE to cater to IE first. It's just what I do and it was easier to explain the padding/margin issues from that context. XP *hugs* I really like the new layout :) Very very cool.
